Our Role In Real Estate Transactions

If you are selling a property, we will typically create the first contract of sale along with a rider listing out additional terms to be worked out with the buyer. If you are buying a property, we will analyze the contract, explain the fine details to you and then help you negotiate final terms with the seller. After the terms of the sale are finalized, we ensure that the down-payment is deposited into an escrow account. We then begin preparing for the closing.

As part of the preparation for the closing, we make sure all required actions are taken and the necessary documents are in place. This includes:

• Title searches and title reports
• Tax forms and affidavits
• Property inspections
• Final closing documents
